Job Description – IR#1: Investor Relations – Strategic (Full time)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for the role of Investor Relations – Strategic. The ideal candidate will have a proven sell-side track record with strategic clients, including Independent Power Producers (IPPs), energy companies, manufacturers, and international EPCs with mandates in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead transaction closing with strategic clients, ensuring all transactions are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain relationships with strategic clients, including IPPs, energy companies, and manufacturers.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and updates to investors and stakeholders.
  • Manage investor inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to structure and execute transactions, ensuring successful outcomes for all parties involved.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sell-side investment banking experience, with a focus on recent transactions involving strategic clients: IPPs, oil and gas companies, equipment manufacturers, and international EPC companies.
  • Fluency in both local language(s) and English is required.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a global work environment.
  • Accountability, independence, and a high level of responsibility.
  • CFA certification and previous fund management experience are a plus but not required.

Compensation:

  • Base pay plus an attractive bonus package.
